My name is Markku Parviainen and I am a professional Taekwondo instructor from Finland. I currently live in Sweden (Jönköping) and I have a Taekwondo schools in the city of Göteborg and Jönköping. With this site I try to help Taekwondo students with their training. You can send me questions and I will try to answer them! ..so why can I help you? What are my qualifications?
First, I have been studying Martial arts for over 30 years, I have coached athletes on a national team level, I have been a personal trainer and I own a martial arts school. I have a National Coach exam from the Finnish sport institute. One of my students ( Veera Liukkonen ) won the bronze medal in the world championships and the European championships in WTF-Taekwondo With this site I will share my experiences in Taekwondo training, weight lose, strenght training etc.
